In compliance with the UK food standards, it is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of any food leftover if kept unrefrigerated after 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.

Dietary Requirements & Allergens

We cannot always accommodate special allergy requests due to the high risk of contamination across our kitchen. Our products come from a variety of sources and therefore cannot guarantee that there won't be traces of allergens.

However, should we be able to cater for the allergen/dietary requirement, the food will be in a separate box with an allergen notice and sticker highlighting if a product has any of the main 16 allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts), peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites).

Foodiefeastbox will not be liable for adverse reactions to the food we provided if we were not notified about the type of allergen and/or dietary requirements.
